Padmavati Galvanizer (PG) is dedicated to serving the needs of fabricators, engineers, architects, and contractors. It is the one-stop solution for all your iron and steel from getting errored by applying a thin layer of zinc coating on it. Our plant is approved by Udyam Aayog and accredited with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
Strength And Capacity
PG is in Kaman, Vasai, with a galvanizing capacity of 12000 MT per annum. We have an excellent infrastructure that can care for all the manufacturing implications and necessities. And the size of our current bath is 6.25 Mtr (L) x 1.25 Mtr (D) x 1.0 Mtr (W). PG has cooperated with more than 150 companies by supplying excellent finished products and consulting during the process. PG specialized in hot-dip galvanizing because of its regular kettle management, furnace technology, revamping, and technical assistance and training service.
PG has built its reputation in this galvanizing (GI) industry by providing quality service and creating happy, loyal clients. It was only possible because of our experienced and knowledgeable staff who are on their toes to deliver top quality and flawless finish with high efficiency.
